Mokp Mountains

Deep within the rocky heart of Eryndral, the Mokp Mountains harbor a vast, cavernous tunnel system, a labyrinth of jagged stone walls streaked with cracks and patches of glowing gold moss, illuminated by faint torchlight that casts flickering shadows across the rugged expanse. The Mokp, mole-kin survivors of the fallout, have carved their homes here—crude burrows and hollowed-out chambers lined with scavenged materials like rusted metal scraps and woven roots, small piles of bones and tools scattered around, reflecting their subterranean resilience. Glowing blue crystalline shards, fragments of the Katka Heart, are embedded in the tunnel walls and floor, casting an ethereal glow that pierces the darkness, a haunting reminder of the cataclysm that shattered Eryndral. Subtle hints of the Mokp linger—mole-like claw marks scar the walls, a faint silhouette digs in a side tunnel, and glowing runes mark a burrow entrance.
